Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced plumber who is confident in the field and skilled at presenting repair options, selling value, and delivering a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate is a service professional who knows how to diagnose, communicate clearly, and close solutions that genuinely help homeowners.
What You’ll Do as a Plumber:
- Perform residential plumbing service calls, inspections, and diagnostics
- Present repair and replacement options in a clear, confident, customer-friendly manner
- Generate sales through trust-based, needs-focused conversations
- Complete repairs, installations, and maintenance according to code and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle
- Document work performed, recommendations, and pricing in ServiceTitan (or similar CRM)
- Follow all safety protocols and represent the company with professionalism
What We’re Looking For in our next Plumber:
- Plumbing license preferred (Tradesman, Journeyman, or higher)
- Strong sales ability — must be able to communicate value and close options
- Experience as a selling tech or in-home service professional
- Solid understanding of residential plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
