My appointment scheduled time was 13:00hrs to 15:00hrs CTT. I was coming home from work and work out.. I arrived at my home at 12:55hrs. and went to the front door and the Trinity's technician vehicle was sitting in front of my home. Usually when a vendor sets a time for an appointment, in my experiences, the technician or representative usually shows up closer to the end time. The Infinity service technician was professional, one time and explained points of the service that I need elementary explanations. Understanding what one is saying and doing is key to customers in any area of service. My rating on this service call is 5 STAR,

For years of using the same AC/Heating Company with the same issues of my home not cooling and paying $1000's of dollars, yesterday (10/12/17) was my last straw. Within hours of my AC service request to Infinity, Raymond arrived as scheduled in an extremely courteous and professional manner. His diagnostic proved accurate - my family was able to enjoy the comfort of our home once again. Raymond and his trainee took the time to explain all of Infinity's package plans and the benefits of them. Exemplifying patient while answering my many questions. Needless to say, I am now a loyal customer!!

Raymond Rodriquez, Trapper Barnes all workers at our home, from the first telephone call on that I made to Infinity on 30 June 2017 to the end of installation, which included operational instruction, on 8 July 2017, to Clint Johnson the electrician that was sub-contrated to our home for the electrical work on or system ( and more) there was nothing but 5 STAR SERVICE. One can always recognize first class character in anyone by the attitude displayed when one is talking, giving information and answering questions. That includes saying I do not know but I will find the answer from my companies representative who would know the answer to the customer's question. Another five star characteristic that one sees in five star company employees when work has to be done inside of a home is cleanup after the work is done. The Infinity workers were five star in this category also. The Infinity Texas Air sub-contrator Clinton Johnson approached the work in our home as if the home was his families residence. Again 5 star. Mr. Rodriquez's request for help by me after the work is done in contacting and sharing information with others is another version of beyond the call of duty. Everyone was on the same track when it came to customer satisfaction. I seemed normal an everyday/every hour attempt to make everything work and make a satisfying profile of the company, Infinity Air, a community. And will not forget the discounts. Even the one that I introduced on the day of work completion. Thanks
